This coming weekend is a bank holiday and almost marks the end of the school holidays. Enjoy the last week of the summer holidays! The temperatures are normal for this time of year with some rain which we all need. Don't forget the hosepipe ban which begins on Friday 26 August.
Check out our fruit and vegetable price guide for the lovely produce we have in the shop. We will also have organic chicken: whole, thighs, breasts, drumsticks, liver.

We have recovered from that very hot spell but high temperatures are forecast again for the middle of the week.  Do take care and keep hydrated - we have glass bottles of still and fizzy water in the shop.
We also have an offer on frozen organic beefburgers (packs of 4) if you are planning a barbecue. I'm sure you're being extra careful with disposable barbecues and maybe not even using them during this very dry spell. You can always grill or fry the burgers.
If you are suffering from insect bites we have small pots of Thai Balm which is very soothing.
