It's starting to feel like Spring with the daffodils out. In the shop this week we will have the first of the season Asparagus and Strawberries from Spain - see the fruit and vegetable price guide for details. Just to let you know that the shop will be closed all day Wednesday 20 March. I am going to the Battersea Park Clinic in London to investigate and experience 'Proton Plus Therapy' with Dr Christopher Hertzog. Leaflets with more details will be available soon.

Just a reminder that due to family commitments the shop will be closed Friday 1st March to Monday 4th March, reopening Tuesday 5th March 8am.
Sunday 10th March is Mother's Day and we will have fresh organic salmon in the shop next week - see the fruit and vegetable price guide for vegetable accompaniments. If you're looking for presents we have Booja Booja truffles and lovely soaps.
