It's that time of year - amazing tennis matches despite the rain and then 'football nearly came home'! Now the Paris Olympics are about to begin!
I am slowly recovering and managing to keep the shop open 8am - 2pm with the very kind help of customers.
On Monday Dr Christopher Hertzog will be in the shop 8am - 2pm to discuss our range of health supplements and answer any of your questions etc. 

I am making slow progress and with the on-going help from wonderful customers and family am managing to keep the shop open! This week (Monday  to Saturday) the shop will be open 10 - 2. I am about to put in an order for fresh meat and will definitely be ordering chickens: whole, breasts, thighs, drumsticks, sausages. If you want other meats (beef, pork, lamb etc) please let me know by tomorrow (Monday). The latest fruit and vegetable price guide is on the website.
