This is an early blog because we've got lots to tell you. It's a bank holiday this weekend and the Coronation next weekend but we'll still be keeping to our normal opening hours. Why not make a Coronation quiche? We have frozen spinach but not broad beans. You could substitute with frozen runner beans or make this asparagus quiche with our fresh asparagus.

This is a lovely time of year. The daffodils are still flowering, the tulips are starting to come out and the trees are coming into leaf. This week we've got organic Asparagus from Portugal.
