We're having lovely warm weather at the moment but it also coincides with hay fever time and unwanted insect bites. We now stock Amour Natural summer essential oils mostly organic and produced in the UK. The 'Stop Bugging' me comes in a roller ball and refill bottle, which can be rolled straight onto the skin when spending time outdoors especially evening events. For indoors for those annoying flies there is a pure essential oil blend for use with a diffuser. And if you do get bitten we have a soothing Thai balm.

How lovely - the sun is shining, the trees are in leaf and everywhere is looking very green with all the rain we've had. Unfortunately some people are starting to suffer from hay fever - we have Benjaloka to help with the symptons. Things are starting to grow in the garden but it's not too late to sow some seeds and pot them on - a lovely activity with the children at half-term. We still have a few bags of Moorland Gold organic peat free compost.
