Pancake Day & local organic milk in returnable glass bottles! 24 February 2020

Well after all the rain and wind we've now got a light covering of snow. It's Shrove Tuesday tomorrow and we have all the ingredients to make your pancakes including local organic pasteurised milk in screw top returnable bottles!
A local dairy farm will supply us each Wednesday with organic pasteurised milk in 1 litre returnable glass bottles. You need to put in your order before 9am on a Monday** for the milk: whole, semi-skimmed, and skimmed and 500ml double cream. (**Sorry we had said Tuesday in our first blog posting).

This week's fruit and vegetable price guide is now up and in the fish/meat department we'll have organic: smoked salmon, bacon, cooked ham, beef mince and Tudor pork joint. We also have a range of frozen fish and meats.
