Well what a day yesterday! Hope you all stayed safe and didn't suffer too much damage. People in West Yorkshire really suffered - especially Ted Hughes's village of Mytholmroyd in the Calder Valley. The forecast is wind and wintry showers for the next few days. Do keep warm and safe. We're hearing of more cases of Coronavirus in the UK so we must make sure we have strong immune systems. New to our health care range is Beta Glucan 400 which is an immune enhancer enriched with vitamin C and Zinc. We have a promotional offer on this for a month's supply.
This week's fruit and vegetable price guide is now up and in the fish/meat department we'll have organic: smoked salmon, bacon, beef mince, lamb mince, diced braising steak, chicken: whole & breast. We also have a range of frozen fish and meats.
It's Valentine's Day on Friday and if you're stuck for gifts we have chocolates and unwrapped palm-free soaps.
