Health food store & farm shop, Pickering
Gosh, what weather we've had over the last few days. Thankfully tomorrow is going to be dry with some sunshine. In the shop this week we have lots of local produce: carrots, cavalo nero, beetroot and cabbage, and fresh salmon - see our price guide for details. We also have pumpkins because Halloween is coming up. After carving you can make warmimg pumpkin soup or pumpkin pie - a favourite of my older sister. It's only October but please please get in your Christmas poultry, meat and fish orders as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
