Health food store & farm shop, Pickering
Well what a beautiful weekend and I managed to take my grandchildren to the beach. It is now starting to feel Autumnal and rain is on the way. It's the Autumn Equinox today which officially means the beginning of Autumn and the nights will quickly draw in. We have cobnuts in the shop and they always make me think of the start of Autumn. It's also Organic September and to celebrate we have fresh organic Ricotta and Halloumi cheeses, £3.20/portion.

In the fish/meat department we have organic: smoked salmon, bacon, beef mince, braising steak, chicken thighs and tudor pork.
