We are starting to get supplies of delicious soft fruits from small organic farms in Spain including blueberries, raspberries and strawberries, see our price guide for details. It's St Patrick's Day on Wednesday and here's a recipe for a warming Irish beef stew for which we have all the ingredients including organic braising steak (frozen). Here's a vegetarian alternative. Our local Yorkshire Millers are now supplying us with organic rye flour (light and dark) in 1.5 and 16 kg bags. Rye flour contains a range of core vitamins and minerals such as potassium and manganese. Also rye has a lower gluten content than wheat, which makes baking with rye flour ideal for those wanting less gluten. Here's a recipe for rye soda bread!
