It's now October and my extended family and friends have 8 October birthdays between them! It's a good job we have a lovely selection of birthday cards for sale in the shop! We are starting to see a selection of squashes and pumpkins in the shop and here's a lovely recipe for the Uchiki Kuri squash that are in the shop this week.

Well what a beautiful weekend and I managed to take my grandchildren to the beach. It is now starting to feel Autumnal and rain is on the way. It's the Autumn Equinox today which officially means the beginning of Autumn and the nights will quickly draw in. We have cobnuts in the shop and they always make me think of the start of Autumn. It's also Organic September  and to celebrate we have fresh organic Ricotta and Halloumi cheeses, £3.20/portion.
