We're now passed 'Freedom Day' of 19 July but we must still be very careful by social distancing and wearing masks in shops and crowded places. Three weeks ago my sister and family were due to come up for a week's holiday but she got pinged by the NHS Covid-19 app and had to isolate. She was one of  1/2 million people who got pinged that week! My sister told me about a very important research project run by Zoe and King's College London.

It's a sweltering weekend so enjoy it if you can because from Monday onwards it will be slightly cooler. We are starting to see a lot of local produce in the shop - see our price guide for a full list of what is available this week. We still have a few bags of organic compost which can be delivered with your food order.

Schools are breaking up so please enjoy the summer holidays and keep safe.
