Well after all the rain and wind we've now got a light covering of snow. It's Shrove Tuesday tomorrow and we have all the ingredients to make your pancakes including local organic pasteurised milk in screw top returnable bottles!
A local dairy farm will supply us each Wednesday with organic pasteurised milk in 1 litre returnable glass bottles. You need to put in your order before 9am on a Monday** for the milk: whole, semi-skimmed, and skimmed and 500ml double cream. (**Sorry we had said Tuesday in our first blog posting).

Well what a day yesterday! Hope you all stayed safe and didn't suffer too much damage. People in West Yorkshire really suffered - especially Ted Hughes's village of Mytholmroyd in the Calder Valley. The forecast is wind and wintry showers for the next few days. Do keep warm and safe. We're hearing of more cases of Coronavirus in the UK so we must make sure we have strong immune systems.
