Squashes and Pumpkins! 7 October 2019

It's now October and my extended family and friends have 8 October birthdays between them! It's a good job we have a lovely selection of birthday cards for sale in the shop! We are starting to see a selection of squashes and pumpkins in the shop and here's a lovely recipe for the Uchiki Kuri squash that are in the shop this week. You can roast squash or make soup - here are some lovely recipes.

In the fish/meat department we have organic: fresh and smoked salmon, kippers, bacon, beef mince, whole chicken, beef liver and tudor pork.
