Health food store & farm shop, Pickering
It's a month since the last blog! My sisters and I had a last minute trip to Canada to celebrate my brother's 60th birthday and we're only just catching up. I must say our High Dose Melatonin really helped with the jet lag.
Gosh it's been so hot so in the shop we have refreshing Galia and Piel de Sapo melons and as a treat Booja Booja dairy free ice creams.
We also have lovely two colour small tomatoes from Isle of Wight, local Cavalo Nero and rainbow carrots and Victoria plums.
We are starting to see the first English apples of the season - Discovery. See our latest organic fruit and vegetable guide for details.
In the fish/meat department we have organic: fresh and smoked salmon, kippers, bacon, beef and lamb mince, whole chicken and thighs.
