About us

Our health food shop is based in Pickering, North Yorkshire, and provides customers in Ryedale and Scarborough areas with a range of organic food and groceries.

Our organic range includes:

• fruit and vegetables, fish, meat and poultry, breads, bakery products including gluten free cakes and quiches
• dried products - rice, pasta, pulses, flour etc, tinned soups, vegetables etc
• chilled and frozen products including tofu, cheeses, frozen berries, vegetables, ice cream and Clives pies.
• ethically sourced cleaning and body care products.

In the last few years we have introduced a very popular health care range brought to us by Dr Chris Herzog, a well known researcher in anti-aging.

We have recently installed a Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields (PEMF) device and therapy room, you can read more about that here. Contact us to book an appointment.

Visit us to appreciate the range of organic stock we carry. The shop is currently open Monday to Saturday 8-2pm. We are closed on Sunday.
