When I arrive in the shop first thing in the morning it's so cold - definitely Autumn! Later in the day the sun keeps popping its head out which is nice.
For your diaries - Dr Chris Hertzog will be in the shop on Monday 15 October offering advice and information on the use of our very popular Health Supplement range.

In the meat/fish department we will have fresh organic beef: mince & braising steak, bacon, gf sausages and traditional sausages.
We have a special 5% discount on all frozen fish and meat: Chicken: whole, thighs, and sausages; gf sausages and salmon.
