Well lots of things have been happening in the last few weeks. Now that I'm back from my nephew's wedding in Devon I must concentrate on our new website!

In the meat/fish department we will have fresh organic beef: mince & braising steak and chicken drumsticks.
We have a special 5% discount on all frozen fish and meat: Chicken: whole, thighs, and sausages;
gf sausages and salmon.
Dr Chris Hertzog will be in the shop towards the end of September - I'll let you know the date as soon as he's confirmed.
