Sun is shining, 20 May 2023

How lovely - the sun is shining, the trees are in leaf and everywhere is looking very green with all the rain we've had. Unfortunately some people are starting to suffer from hay fever - we have Benjaloka to help with the symptons. Things are starting to grow in the garden but it's not too late to sow some seeds and pot them on - a lovely activity with the children at half-term. We still have a few bags of Moorland Gold organic peat free compost. We have organic fresh and smoked salmon (good source of omega 3) in the shop - see this week's fruit and vegetable price guide. We also have a range of frozen organic Demeter vegetables in the absence of fresh ones: broccoli, spinach, peas, sweet corn and cut green beans.
