It's that time of year - amazing tennis matches despite the rain and then 'football nearly came home'! Now the Paris Olympics are about to begin!
I am slowly recovering and managing to keep the shop open 8am - 2pm with the very kind help of customers.
On Monday Dr Christopher Hertzog will be in the shop 8am - 2pm to discuss our range of health supplements and answer any of your questions etc.
The fruit and vegetable price guide is now up and in the organic meat section there will be fresh gf sausages, minced beef, diced beef and cooked ham available from Friday 26th July.
