Health food store & farm shop, Pickering
Last Monday Lesley Armour, a local Clinical Aromatherapist, was in the shop demonstrating her rose infused oil and chatting to customers about her products. She intends to make this a regular event on the last Thursday of each month bringing along a range of her various hand-made products. This Thursday from 11am she will have some of her moisturising hand and foot balm. Do come along to meet her, have a chat and try the balms.
It's Chinese New Year - the year of the Horse. Why not try a Chinese dish for example Fried tofu with mushroom sauce on rice. We have tofu in the shop but not all the other ingredients - try adapting it!
